We work with Richard Murray, who's passion for good fish is rapidly making him one of the best in London. He links to a number of small British day boat fishing fleets and texts us the catch every day. We place the order and it's in the shop the next day. You'd be hard pressed to get fresher.

We keep a limited amount in stock, so you will have to give us an order the day before you need it if it's something specific, but if you do that we will guarantee you amazing quality fish, with full traceability.
